The riverfront area is being developed by the countries best and leading developers. When completed it will rival some of the great cities around the world like Paris, London to name a few. <\/p>\n<p>Parklinks\u00a0is a 35-hectare (86-acre)\u00a0mixed-use development\u00a0that straddles the\u00a0Pasig\u2013Quezon City located on the banks of the\u00a0Marikina River\u00a0in the eastern part of\u00a0Metro Manila. The riverfront development is the biggest along the segment of\u00a0C-5 Road\u00a0north of the\u00a0Pasig River\u00a0and is planned to contain a 3-hectare (7.4-acre) central\u00a0urban park, an\u00a0esplanade,\u00a0river terrace,\u00a0riparian\u00a0gardens and bike trails designed to make it one of the greenest urban estates in the Manila metropolitan area.<\/p>\n<p>Bridgetowne\u00a0is a real estate development spanning the border of\u00a0Pasig\u00a0and\u00a0Quezon City.<br \/>\nIt is a 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) mixed township and\u00a0business park\u00a0situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the\u00a0Marikina River\u00a0near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5 Road) and\u00a0Ortigas Avenue.
