Many people may not know that Nollywood is actually filled with talented entrepreneurs. Last week, we discussed actors with other sources of income outside of acting so this week we will be discussing their female counterparts. Let’s take a look at 5 actresses with side hustles.

1. Toke Makinwa- This actress and multi-media personality has the fire of a businesswoman. She owns a handbag and luxury scarf fashion line. Then in 2018, she launched her skincare brand and not too long ago, added to her list of accomplishments by establishing her cosmetic line.

2. Mercy Aigbe-
A real hustler, the actress has about four businesses going asides being a filmmaker. She has a fashion boutique with branches both in Lagos and Ibadan, and an asoebi store as an extension.

Tapping into her acting skill, the actress founded the Mercy Aigbe Gentry School of Drama and also owns a skincare brand .

3. Iyabo Ojo
This diva actress is the CEO of Fespris Limited; a conglomerate which consists of a Lounge &Bar, a restaurant and a beauty parlour.

4. Ebube Nwagbo –
She is not only an actress, she is also a business savvy woman. She owns a clothing label and is so invested in it that many assume she is no longer in the movie industry.

5. Chika Ike –
She owns a boutique located in Abuja and is also into Real Estate. With a movie production company to her name and a cosmetic line, the actress is said to be steady cashing out.
