I compared the prices of properties in Ghana to those in Nigeria. Although i can’t really say for certain since my sample size is too small but to my surprise, properties in Nigeria seems to be less expensive to those in Ghana. May be the Nigerian real estate sector is doing something very right. Please keep comments void of insults. Thank you.
