As promised awhile back, we stated that our website would officially launch on February 26th to highlight the homes available for purchase in our new sustainable community, Migrating Culture Crossing. The community is being planned and developed in the Eastern Region of Ghana next to the new University of Environment and Sustainable Development near the Somanya area.

Although I’m tired and haven’t been able to sleep but about two or three hours over the past 2 days we made it happen and we’re very excited to let you know you can now reserve your home. We have five models to choose from a duplex unit which is a little over 300 square feet / 28 square meters to our 3 bedroom single family home which is just less than 1150 square feet / 107 square meters. We call them our Sankofa Series.

I believe that if you’re looking to either relocate or simply invest in Africa then “This Is It!” When I first began suggesting to Brandon that with his talents he should focus on building an entire community and stop traveling all over Ghana trying to build for individuals he quickly saw the vision and exclaimed “This Is It!” He could see how it would be so much better for people looking to move into a trouble-free sustainable environment to have a sustainable community to move into.

But our community is not simply a sustainable community with its own organic food forest and a car-free zone. It’s also about building a quality home for investors that will last a lifetime. And because we’re confident in the homes we’re planning for this community, we’re backing them with a 10 year limited warranty.

As promised, we launched the website with some home prices starting as low as 50% off and as expected they were reserved quickly. So, we are extremely thankful appreciative for all of you who have supported and believed in us from the beginning of this journey.

On the website you can view many photos, detailed floor plans, watch video walkthroughs and even do virtual tours of each model. We wanted to present enough information so that if people have never even visited Africa or Ghana, but want to invest, they could do so confidently.
