Every society that has looked for economic development has always anchored it on real estate development. Chief Loretta Aniagolu is the Managing Partner and CEO of FIT Consult Limited. She has over 30 years of experience spanning Banking, Finance, Real Estate, and Mining Sectors. She has been the CEO of FIT since the year 2000. She has held positions in the Public and Private Sectors in Nigeria and the United States of America, as well as, carried out extensive consulting in different Countries in Africa. She has conceived and executed large and unique Real Estate Projects in different parts of Nigeria, the most recent being the HELIU Project, which is a Public-Private Partnership with the Enugu State Government.
