ConstructAfrica presents … Trinity Towers, Lagos, Nigeria

The TRINITY TOWERS project is a tri-tower high-rise building structure that is being constructed in Lagos, Nigeria. The project was conceived by the City of David parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) to increase the Church capacity in social investments in areas such as providing jobs and investment opportunities for Lagosians, as part of its social responsibility and contribution towards the development of the society.

This project is the first tri-tower in West Africa, and was designed to include a mix of business and leisure functionality and structural aesthetics. The tri-tower structure features a rooftop helipad, a 5,000 seat concert hall located in the main tower, rooftop swimming pool and tennis court, an indoor recreational theme park, two cinema halls, and a shopping centre.

The project developer is Redeemed Christian Church of God – City of David parish. The main contractor on the project is ‘ITB Nigeria Limited’. Other contractors / consultants on the project include Ove Arup & Partners Nigeria (structural engineers) and KOA consultants (mechanical engineers).
