In this video, I discuss why Bitcoin will shrink the monetary premium that is embedded in luxury real estate. Bitcoin is a safer and more efficient store of value than real estate.

Bitcoin is more liquid and more safe from seizure or confiscation that real estate. Unlike real estate, with Bitcoin there are no property taxes, no HOA dues, no maintenance costs, and no property insurance needed.

Bitcoin may also be a better way around KYC/AML than even real estate. Remember to obey the laws of your country and never do anything illegal.

Bitcoin is the black hole that continues to suck in value from gold, stocks, bonds, and real estate. As such, its potential market cap is in the hundreds of trillions of dollars.

At the end of my video, I also discuss how Tesla is now accepting Bitcoin, and its plan to hodl the Bitcoin instead of converting it to fiat.
