Real Estate Business During COVID-19 Pandemic

In this video, Ryan Kuhlman President of BREIA talks about how investors are continuing their Real Estate Business during the COVID-19 Quarantine. Real Estate is always changing, adapting to new technology. Well now during this time, we as Real Estate Investors have to adapt. We can still show properties to determine ARV, but we may have to have the seller send us pictures. As always, we use Reifax and public records like the BCPA to get the rest of the information we need. We can still do a Short Sale and use programs like Docusign to sign all the paperwork. We are still Wholesaling properties, even better now if they are vacant. Our Probate attorneys are still in their office, so we can continue that process on any probate single family homes we have in contract. Just because we are in quarantine doesn’t mean we as Real Estate Investors cannot buy rental properties, buy and fix rehab projects in a fix n flip, or Wholesale a property to a cash buyer. This COVID-19 situation might make it easier to assign contracts even!
