In this interview, we meet Chimankpa Naic Nwakanma, the Founder of Velux Development Limited, a real estate business in Portharcourt, Nigeria. According to him, it is not possible to do real estate without interacting with people. He shares how he had to improvise, from live inspection to Whatsapp virtual live inspection. That was how as a company they were able to navigate around the lockdown. Right now, they are developing a property mall that will be powered by virtual reality. Clients do not have to always go to property location but can do so remotely and in real-time with the help of virtual reality.
