It’s hard to fully comprehend what’s going on these days and the impact that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having in all of our lives.

As we move forward, I wanted to share some initial thoughts how this is going to affect the real estate market and provide recommendations for those of us that have to move forward. Until we can fully grasp what’s going on, please take the appropriate measures to be responsible for not only yourselves but for everyone else around you.

I know, my family and I are taking it seriously, just like many of you but make sure it’s not too serious where we forget how to be kind to each other. It’s difficult times like this where we need to shine the most.
