Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is a big box of chocolate. A nostalgic feeling of our Christmas was for us as kids. for some of us, father Christmas never came through, still hurts tho all I wanted was a Nintendo.

It’s that time of the year. Companies are tuning up their space with Christmas decor. Making plans for the annual end of the year turn up, also looking forward to the secret Santa gift exchange. A popular Christmas tradition, now a culture in most workplaces.

The rules are quite easy if you follow this guide; firstly, write down each name of the staff on a piece of paper, fold it up and pass round the hat or basket for everyone to choose. These are mostly carried out by the HR

Ask members of your staff to write down gift ideas. comes in handy, as the receiver may get what they want.

Pick a gift exchange date. There are usually deadlines to submit your gift, usually a few days before the leave for their Christmas vacations. Each gift carries the recipients’ name but not the giver.

Finally, the sneaky guessing part. Everyone gets to guess who their secret Santa was
