What is the meaning of Land Banking In Real Estate, how you can become super rich with land banking

It is a known fact that 90% of all Multi-Millionaires and Billionaires become so through Investing in Real Estate and therefore as an Investor who is ready to grow your wealth portfolio, it is important you understand the concept of land banking.

In this video, i have taken my time to explain the concept of land banking so you can deliberately begin to invest in land rather than keep your money in the bank.

Before we talk more on land banking, let’s first understand what is LAND in itself.

LAND is a tangible asset that cannot be stolen or lost or destroyed, it refers to the earth’s surface down to the center of the earth and upward to the airspace above, including the trees, minerals, and water. Land is real and you can see it, feel it and touch it.

Then what is LAND BANKING – Land Banking is the practice of buying underdeveloped or undeveloped parcels of lands as an investment, holding it for future use in the path of growth or development. What this simply means is that, as an investor, you look out for places where growth or development is about to go into, you move ahead of the growth or development and buy parcels of lands there, thereby positioning yourself ahead of the growth or development coming.

The secret is when you discover where growth or development is about going to and you quickly go there to buy the lands, you are buying the lands at a cheap or low price, then you wait. When the development comes to the area, it opens it up and automatically the value or price of the land on its own increases even without you doing anything to the land.

This is why YOU DON’T WAIT TO BUY LAND INSTEAD YOU BUY LAND IN THE PATH OF GROWTH AND WAIT, so that when the growth finally comes the value of your land increases sporadically. Note: The City you see today was once a bush and the bush you see today that is in the path of growth and development will become a city tomorrow, so it is wise as a Real Estate Investor to always look out for signs of growths and developments so you can go ahead of it.

Another secret for you as an Investor in Real Estate is to look out for outskirts of major cities and buy lands there, then wait for population to grow to those outskirts and before you know as population keeps increasing in the major city, they begin to drift to the outskirts thereby the need for more houses which automatically means the need for more lands and thereby newer investors begin to buy lands at more increased prices thereby making the earlier investors richer.

LAND BANKING can also be called BANKING ON LAND. Banking on land is keeping your cash or money instead of where you will loose your money to inflation, you increase the value of your money by buying lands. The sweet thing with banking on land is you really don’t need to do much on land, just buy it in the path of growth, take full possession of the land and in no time, you see the money in invested in the land keeps appreciating as more and more people moves in and as growth and development keeps coming in.

The truth is it is only in LAND BANKING or BANKING ON LAND that you can gain over 1000% returns on your investment, there is no way you loose investing in land, you will always gain. LAND BANKING is one of the best ways to preserve and multiply the value of your money in Real Estate and is by far better than saving your money in the bank.

It is therefore important that you as a Real Estate Investor begins to check out for what i call GROWTH POOLS which are things that causes or brings growth to an environment such as infrastructural developments e.g. roads, bridges, hospitals, industries, factories etc.
